The Toronto Catholic District School Board collects Police Record Checks from volunteers under the authority of O. Reg. 521/01: Collection of Personal Information

This information is collected and used solely to fulfill the Board's legal obligations to ensure pupil and staff safety and to determine an individual's initial and ongoing suitability for volunteer placement.

This information is collected, used, maintained and disposed of in accordance with the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
